Staying overweight was not an option. Being unhealthy and shortening my lifespan was not an option. Constantly obsessing about my weight was not an option. I was all in.
So I began to educate myself on holistic nutrition and how it affects different body types, learning what would actually work for me (and why the things I’d tried in the past didn’t work out). I also started incorporating food that stabilized blood sugar in my diet.
So, the first step for weight loss was to speed up my metabolism by balancing my blood sugar.
And I did it: I finally lost the weight for good and felt confident in my body.
This was my turning point.
After this, I realized I HAD to help others do the same. So I became a certified Consistency Health Coach, and a Certified Naturopath.
