My Weight Loss Journey… 
After I was yo-yo dieting for 15 years I had 30 pounds of extra fat, I felt exhausted all of the time. I tried everything to lose the weight: extreme dieting, intense workouts, calorie counting...

And none of it worked.

After years of effort and failed attempts, I finally realized that what I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on MY body's needs… not random fads from people online who aren’t even qualified.  

I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.

Is this a group program?
Yes. I accept 5-10- people in each group to keep the experience intimate so you can get the support you need throughout the program.
How much time per day do I need to set aside to complete the program?
The program material will only take you ~10 minutes per day to go through. And each of the meal is designed to be mostly 30 minutes or less if you do a couple of hours of meals prep (mostly for grocery) on weekend.
I’m going to be out of town next week, will I fall too far behind? 
The program is 5 days, but it’s self-paced. So there is no such thing as “getting behind.”
